If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may reschedule your shipment.

Exchange Policy – Welc2Shop

At Welc2Shop, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions:


  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition will not be eligible.

Non-Exchangeable Items:


  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare, hair tools, etc.)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Customized or special-order items

Exchange Process:


  1. Contact us at info.welc2shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Share your order number, photos, and reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, our courier will arrange a pickup or exchange delivery.

  4. Replacement will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected.
