Refund Process:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue (attach photos if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide the return address.

  4. After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or wallet credit (depending on your payment type).

Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued as store credit or voucher.

Note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or wrong.
